Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

We offer complementary shipping on all hairbands from India to our Hong Kong Office. If you would like to pick it up from our Hong Kong Office, there is no additional charge. However, if you would like us to deliver this to a specific address, it would be a flat rate of HKD 50 and delivered by SF Express.

As Shoes & Lengha are heavier weight items, this would be at a flat rate of HKD 200.

Free delivery is available for ALL orders above USD 150 (HKD 1170) to Hong Kong.

All products are inspected by us before dispatch. Once the product has been sent, Changani Couture will no longer be responsible for the goods shipped.

Please make sure your shipping address details are correctly filled in and up to date when placing the order. We do not refund items lost in the mail. If you have any questions, please email us at inquiries@changanicouture.com. We will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping

Shipping to the rest of the world, excluding Hong Kong for Hairbands would be charged at a flat rate of HKD 150. Products will be dispatched within 7 days of order confirmation and can take upto 2-3 weeks, depending on the exact location.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The cost of shipping for Shoes & Lengha’s will be calculated at checkout. To obtain approximate rates, you can email us at inquiries@changanicouture.com with your product choice and location and a member from our team will revert back to you.
